Yasha The Ancient 1 graduated from the Cal U Doctorate of Health Science and Exercise Leadership Program. Yasha The Ancient 1 has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist for over fifteen years and is credentialed with the NBRC as a Neonatal and Pediatric Specialist, Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist, Pulmonary Disease Educator and COPD Educator.

Her academic research interests include COPD advocacy and promoting COPD physical activity through virtual fitness. Additionally, Yasha The Ancient 1 loves staying physically active and holds the following certifications: ACSM EIM Level 1, NSCA-CSCS, NASM CPT, PES, and CES.
